Terms and Conditions

 

  1. All Sales are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE after submitting any order.
  2. Please assure that you manually entered prescription accurately before submitting orders. (It is recommended to have an updated prescription dated within the last two years)
  3. ALL GLASSES ARE HANDMADE. Please allow 3-5 weeks for delivery due to production, payment, processing, shipping and handling.
  4. If a strong prescription is required, we highly recommend selecting Thin Index lenses to reduce the thickness of your frames. (compared to Bi-focal lenses)
  5. By fault if any item is damaged due to mishandling, on the behalf of The Look Optical a request for an exchange is offered. Customers must request an exchange within 48 hours after delivery. Please contact customer support via email with all details of order (order #, date of order, delivery date, and etc.) and also attach images of damaged property.
  6. Exchanges are offered upon request. If exchange is granted the items will be the same as previous order. Customers are responsible for shipping and handling fees.
  7. Exchanges must be returned within 5-7 Business Days of date accepted via email request. Please provide all order details, including prescription if applicable.
